Meeting Minutes
January 7, 2015
The meeting was called to order at 5:30 PM by Chairman Genest in the Little Town Hall.
Members Present: Michael Genest (Chair), Gordon Webber & John Robertson
Water & Sewer Commissioners, Chris Rawnsley (Chair), Andrew Chapman, Paul Harding
Staff present: Donna Hanson (Town Administrator),
- The Board of Selectmen (BOS) met with the Water & Sewer Commissioners to discuss funding for the Highland Ave and Pleasant Street project. After much consideration both boards agreed to not bring this warrant article to town meeting this year in order to allow sufficient time to research the availability of any potential grants and/or loans that might be used to offset the costs of the project. This will also give the commissioners time to investigate other pressing projects for the water & sewer department and determine which projects should be a priority.
After no further business Chairman Genest motioned to adjourn.
Meeting adjourned 6:15 PM.
